Hi Lisa,
Is it weird to say that I think I love you?! I am a huge Disney nerd as well (as you'll see from my blog), and I too believe that Disney World is a great place to indulge in some of the best food in the country while still maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle. My husband proposed to me in WDW in 2002; we honeymooned there in 2004; and we have been making annual trips to WDW since 2007 (although we deviated last year and went to Disneyland!). We will be returning there in 2 weeks; one of my goals is to walk the path from Wilderness Lodge (where we're staying) to Fort Wilderness and to swim some laps in the resort pool first thing in the morning. I don't run anymore but my husband does, and since he is training for a half marathon the week after our vacation, he plans on getting in a run or two at the Sturdy Branches Health Club or along the pathways of our resort. I would love to contribute to your blog, but I'll stop rambling on this "About" page and contact you privately.
Still, I just wanted to commend you for starting this blog, and I can't wait to read more!
